FALL CONCESSIONS
CONCESSIONS GUIDELINES
Elite and Class Royale families work Concessions for fall sports (August-October):
• Homestead Football, Soccer, and Volleyball
• Summit and Woodside Football and Volleyball
Homestead Show Choir receives approximately $12,000-$15,000 from Music Boosters for our annual Concessions work. As stated in the HHS Show Choir Audition agreement, each Elite and Class Royale family is required to participate. We ask each family to sign up for 4 Concessions spots.
Here are examples:
4 family members work a football game OR
2 family members each work 2 events OR
1 family member works 4 different events
Note: Families who are serving Cash & Key Volunteers do not need to sign up for Concession spots. Families with more than one Show Choir student do not need to work double duty.
Concession Guidelines:
• Only shifts listed in the sign up can be counted towards family commitment (Ex: if there are
two shifts listed for a soccer game, even if your family of four works, it counts as 2 shifts.)
• High school students may work Concessions IF an adult is also working the event. Middle
school siblings may work if their parent is also working.
• If you are unable to work a shift you have signed up for, it is your responsibility to cover your
shift and contact the Concessions Coordinator immediately.
